Group discussions (GD) serve as a selection process by which recruiters identify potential employees before speaking to them in an interview. Recruiters spend significant time and effort often taking the candidate through multiple rounds of group discussions. This is typically the first time that recruiters come face to face with the candidate and therefore sending out the right signals and making the best impression is extremely important to influence the recruiter’s decision.
The Group Discussion module will involve conducting practice group discussions in teams of 6-8. The group discussions will evaluate candidates on the following parameters below:

Each discussion will be followed by group and individual feedback. This method ensures that students correct/ modify their group behavior based on feedback of the previous round. It provides Edu-Next a chance to monitor the application of feedback and suggest further corrective measures.
